Topic: chmod 700's level set!! (Last Update: 2019-06-20)
Well, I seriously do hope that these levels are completed enough to release. I know that some of them, especially 20, will need tweaking. Let's just throw out there that Murphy's Law is a thing and something is almost certain to go horribly wrong with this level set.
Levels 01-04 and bonus I use the hills environment. They are generally more calm levels.
Levels 05-08 and bonus II use the ocean environment. The main theme here is moving and falling platforms.
Levels 09-12 and bonus III use the city. In fact, 09-12 were my first four levels I ever made, although I did go back and polish them a little bit. The theme here is speed, although I only used one type of curve. Bonus III, on the other hand, is much more polished since I made it much later on.
Levels 13-16 and bonus IV use the space environment. You'll see what theme I chose... (partly because I find it difficult to describe).
Levels 17-20 use the alien environment. 17-19 are all mazes in some form or another, and 20 is a huge level with a maze as one of the challenges.
Warning: Do not attempt level 20 unless you have a lot of time to spare. It takes me about 20 minutes to complete, and that is because I know all of the answers.
I might make one or two more sets. One of them would be a remix of Nevermania but made a lot easier. (Although I have no idea how Discs and Mountains would be made easier without destroying them.) The other would be another themed set with 16 main levels, using the volcano, desert, and water backgrounds.
EDIT 2019-05-30: I removed an unintended solution from level 19. Please download the levels again. (If you get to level 19, on the next platform to the right there should be a caution block.)
EDIT 2019-06-02: Murphy's Law Again... Download the levels again. Level 20 is supposed to start on a shiny silver platform with four green paths leading out from it.
EDIT 2019-06-20: Fixed cheat in Race level (III); fixed a typo in Invisible Half Pipe and extended the time limit for that level by one minute.
Upcoming bugfixes NOT YET IMPLEMENTED (they will be when I need to make a major change to something):
- Delete the double coin in 14 (Invisible Halfpipe)
- Change goal coins to one less in 20 (Adventure), as it is impossible* to displace the "Hard" record of all coins in 10 minutes
- Fix the useless switch in 12 (Running Amok)
- The second switch on II should have a time of 3, not 5
