Topic: .neverball folder

Is there a simple way to change where the game writes the .neverball folder in linux? I'd like to have a completely self contained development folder to avoid constantly copying files back and forth.

It's a taste i have acquired.

Re: .neverball folder

You can set the HOME environment variable to where-ever in a script. For instance, save this to a file in the neverball folder and give it executable permissions.

#!/bin/sh
export HOME=.
exec ./neverball

I didn't test it, but it should create the .neverball folder in the current directory.

That aside, if all you're doing is attempting to make levels, you shouldn't need to copy anything to/from anywhere.
